Privacy
Our current public-site practices and planned safeguards for SoOSID, community records and future advertising.
What we collect
We believe software should serve people without surveilling them.
Your control
Data should be understandable, exportable, and recoverable wherever practical. Leaving a tool should never mean leaving your information behind or being locked into proprietary silos.
Accounts, community activity and advertising
Our intended authenticated Arena requires SoOSID account information, such as login identifiers and profile details. When enabled, community features may process member posts, group memberships, activity records, reports and moderation actions. Independent apps maintain their own data and permissions; an Arena identity does not grant access to private records in other apps.
Optional agreement records may contain the amount and currency agreed, payment method, member-reported status and acknowledgements. Do not submit MoMo PINs, passwords, card security codes or unnecessary financial documents. We do not process or independently verify payments.
We may introduce advertising to fund the platform. Advertising providers, cookies and analytics will be disclosed and any legally required choices implemented before those services are enabled. We do not currently promise that future advertising will involve zero tracking.
We limit access according to roles and purpose, seek to minimise retained information, and provide account/privacy requests and reporting channels as they become operational. Specific retention periods, identity-provider details, data recipients, international transfers and contact details must be published accurately before production account registration or advertising launches.
For app-request records, access is restricted to authorised maintainers. A retention and deletion procedure must be confirmed before public submissions are enabled at scale. This notice describes the current public site and planned member features; it does not imply unfinished features are live. For the applicable member agreement see Terms of Use.
