Before you request
A new public utility is created only when all of the following conditions are met:

A real problem is clearly described.

It occurs for more than one person or organisation.

Existing accessible tools don't solve it adequately.
04
A small, focused solution is plausible.
05
A steward can maintain it responsibly.

Risks and maintenance costs are proportionate to the value.
